The Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization, made popular with the Graston Technique, is utilized to alleviate symptoms associated with limited or painful motion, motor control issues such as coordination or muscle activation, and improve the body’s awareness of a particular area to improve muscle recruitment issues.
