St. John Fisher Women’s Soccer Starting the New Year Strong!
Over the past few years, we’ve had the pleasure of working with the St. John Fisher College women’s soccer program on their Strength and Conditioning.
This is important for athletes of all ages, but especially at higher levels of play such varsity, collegiate, and professional sports. As athletes advance to higher levels throughout their careers, seasons tend to get longer and the demands to perform increase.
We’re excited to continue working with these ladies throughout the off-season and into the regular season next fall.
